"Outstanding and Exceptional Ward 29"

The quality of care was outstanding. Welcomed by Sister who said it was an informal and easy-going ward which put you immediately at ease. All of the staff I encountered were so professional and acknowledged you as an individual. They were so kind, caring, considerate, patient and compassionate and greeted you with a smile. I was really touched by the way they treated the elderly with such sensitivity, dignity and respect. I was totally impressed and have never seen such dedication in other hospitals into which I have been admitted. Can't praise highly enough.
