"Very impressed with East Surrey A&E and paramedics"

From the moment the paramedics arrived after I collapsed at work I was given so much reassurance and care. Everyone explained what was happening very well and I was thoroughly checked over and all appropriate investigations were carried out promptly. A special mention to the doctor and the nurse who put my mind at rest, made me feel they had time for me even though they must have been very busy, and explained everything to me carefully and with such a friendly manner. Very pleasantly surprised by the experience and feel there have been vast improvements in recent years to the point where the nurse who greeted me at the outset made a point of checking I was ok as I was leaving. The porters were also friendly and it as particularly nice to see them talking to and taking more care with the elderly patients. Thank you very much.
