"NO information"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

As usual with hospitals there is a lack of information. My son (who is terrified of hospitals) has been waiting for surgery. we saw a SHO 4 weeks ago and were told that he would have his surgery as soon as possible and that was the last that we heard of anything. Unfortunately, the longer the wait the more stressed and anxious my son is getting. I have emailed PALS on several occasions and to this date they have not once replied! What am I meant to tell my son when the hospital are not telling me anything

We will pass this message onto the team, and I would encourage you to continue to ask for a response on the contact details below.
