"Terrible"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

Repeated lies about where results from the MRI are for my daughter. 42 days with no results and different excuses at every contact with the secretary. Last weeks was you will receive the letter in the next few days , it is the next to go out. This week its waiting to be signed off! The CQC needs to investigate the neurology department soon. A patient should never be lied to.

I was very sorry to hear about your poor experience, Clearly we do not wish pateints to encounter delays and mis communication.
