(as a relative),

I just feel compelled to applaud the quality service provided by the two paramedics who attended my mother in law last night when she was so unwell. They were two female paramedics linked to Poole Hospital.

Their genuine kindness and compassion was apparent. They looked after a frightened and obviously sick elderly lady with such caring. They even found time to be kind to us, her family, offering us words of comfort and advice - with a wonderful sense of humour too! The quality of their professional medical care was also outstanding.

When we arrived at the hospital we coincidentally saw them - and they then went out of their way to show us to my mum in law in the A&E Department.

A massive THANK YOU to these two wonderful ladies - I hope you can recognise who you are! x

Thank you for sharing this story. I hope your mother in law is recovering well.

It is always really lovely to hear how our staff are providing excellent care to patients when they need it most.

The paramedics who provided assistance to your mother in law and to the family work in partnership with Poole Hospital and their services are provided by South West Ambulance Service Trust.
