"The way I was made to feel as ..."

About: Warwick Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The way I was made to feel as though my case was the most important.I was treated with respect by every member of staff that I came into contact with. The Doctors explained everything to me in terms of phrase that I understood. No matter what time of day or night I was constantly watched over.

What could be improved

not very much. Perhaps the breakfast hot drink and breakfast could be the same time but this is a small thing.

Anything else?

I spent most of my long stay on Willoughby Ward. The Staff were very busy at all times but they never failed to ask of the wellbeing of everyone they passed by. The Night staff were so good . night time is always the worst in Hospital their care and attention gave me a sence of safety and security. Nothing ever seemed to be to much trouble for them even though they had to work closeley with very poorly people without a break.

This ward and this Hospital is a credit to the NHS.
