What I liked
From the moment I arrived at the Lea Hall Day Case Unit to the moment I left I was treated with respect. My treatment was explained to me very clearly at each step of the procedure. Any worries I had were also dealt with in a sensitive manner.
Anything else?
It is commonplace to hear about the failings of the NHS, Particularly where the Stafford main hospital is concerned but my experience at CCH was great. the consultant and his team worked together to get the job done. As well as expressing my thanks to the consultant who performed the procedure I would like to thank everyone who looked after me during the recovery period from the general I had.
