"Made to feel so welcome"

(as a service user),

I’m new here, I just moved from York and it’s far superior to what I had there. People talk to you here and tell you things. It’s a more relaxed atmosphere, it’s nice people and they’ve got time for you

It’s a nice building, not old and Victorian which makes it more relaxed. People don’t sit in little groups, everyone talks to me – these are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, they have made me feel so welcome.

Thank you for your kind comments, I am pleased, as the staff will be, that you are enjoying yourself at our Nursery Court daycare unit. It is good to hear that the effort and caring that staff show is appreciated and that the experience of daycare has been so positive for you.
