Last Thursday I was careless enough to fall over in Cheltenham Lower High Street and dislocated my shoulder.

Dave was the first paramedic to come and he was brilliant, making sure that I was comfortable and checking what had happened. He then called an ambulance and Greg and Jane came. They too were lovely and kind and took me to the hospital. They could not have been kinder or more gentle and I would like to register my heartfelt thanks to them. They were lovely.
