"free parking in A1 not!"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Saturday 1aug followed the ambulance with my elderly mother (81)in, and parked in te A1 at 11.40pm (ish) stayed in hospital with my mother until 6.15 am when she was released she stood outside with my father (83) in her dressing gown in the rain while in got the car, put my ticket in the machine to get out and it said unauthorized ! not knowing what was going on i parked the car again and went to tell them to go back in the hospital, I went inside the A&E and asked the man at the desk where the nearest pay machine was they told me outside to the left, thinking i would have to pay £2.50 i got my change out but no it wanted £10 which i had no choice but to pay as my elderly parents where waiting to get home after being there all night, a stressful night of worry and upset was enough but to have to pay £10 to park in a "free" car park just topped it off!
