About: Alnwick Infirmary

Grandson needed treatment while we were on holiday from Wigan area. Verruca had turned nasty and caused infection. My son took him after breakfast on the Sunday morning. Whole process was superb throughout. Speedy, friendly and efficient and successful from every aspect. If NHS was like this over the whole country there would be no complaints. Total time on site approximately half an hour! Thank you for your professionalism. Your efforts saved our holiday and faith in A and E.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am sorry that your holiday involved a trip to hospital ! I do hope you have the chance to return to Northumberland for a total break.... It is lovely to read your description of the excellence you found at Alnwick - the team there will be so delighted to know what an impact they made.
