What I liked
Staff were friendly and most of them very good at their jobs.
What could be improved
More staff, more staff and more staff !!!!! I was expected to care completely for my newborn baby within hours of having an emergency c section as there was no where near enough staff to care for all the patients and babies on ward 9.
Anything else?
The care for c section mums on ward 9 severly needs reviewing and I am currently writing a long letter to the chief exec of Stafford Hospital.
