"A visit to A&E"

My mother and I were admitted to the A&E Dept. following a horrible car accident on the 18th July. The care, kindness and professionalism was beyond excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff involved in our treatment. The consultant was wonderful, the nursing staff brilliant, the radiographers efficient - all mindful of our shock and pain. The facilities excellent and clean. On leaving I had to make a follow-up appointment and despite a long night shift, admin staff were cheerful and pleasant. I hope not to need the services anytime soon but know that anyone who does will receive gold star care when they are at their most vulnerable. Thank you.
