I was so impressed with the service that I received this evening at Exmouth minor injuries unit this evening that I felt I must take the time to thank them. I was seen within minutes of arrival. Every single person who dealt with me was kind, polite and helpful. I was back out to work within 28 minutes thanks to a slick team working together efficiently. We are so lucky to have the nhs and I appreciate we are not always dealt with so quickly but the care the nhs provides is superb. We are far too quick to criticise a service which is provided to us for free but in reality costs a huge amount of money.
