About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

We have just returned from an apt at ENT for my daughter who is 5. We had to go to audiology first for a hearing test. The person who did the test was an absolute credit to the QE. They were friendly and engaging throughout and my daughter actually enjoyed her hearing test! They spoke to my daughter on her level and got her really invested in the test.She was even laughing at the things they said!They werej ust a complete credit and as i work in the NHS myself they made me proud to be a part of the system, if only everybody could be so kind and lovely to patients.
