"From one disaster to another"

About: Salisbury District Hospital

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis/Proctitis. I have had a major flare up for 4 months and had several appointments, sigmoidoscopies and almost every drug under the sun. Nothing has worked. I keep getting passed from department to department and have finally been told that after my blood test I would be contacted. No drug has worked so I am left bleeding and in complete pain until they can help me. This was 2 weeks ago. I can't get into contact with the IBD nurse or secretary and my Drs surgery won't do any more for me. As well as nearly killing my son when he was newborn due to poor midwifery it would seem I'm next. I would not recommend this hospital to an animal let alone a human. The only department I would recommend is the accident and emergency staff who saved my son when he was 2 days old.
