"Cataract replacement surgery"

About: Hereford County Hospital

I had my second cataract replacement operation at County Hospital on 3 June 2015. It was a much less stressful and more satisfactory experience than the first one (partly because of levels of nervousness, I believe). The surgeon was calm and exuded confidence and competence. They talked me (and their colleagues) through the whole operation which was very reassuring. The outcome was excellent: a month later my optometrist confirmed the vision in that eye was as good as it could be, and it no longer causes dazzle in bright light.
