"Kindness and consideration"

My mother was recently admitted to Pilgrim hospital. She had terminal cancer and had developed an infection. I cannot express how kind and considerate all the staff were to my mum and our family, nothing was too much trouble. I especially would like to thank everyone on ward 7A, from the nurses and doctors to the staff who come round with tea. I wish that the hospitals in my area were as good as Pilgrim hospital.
