About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I feel my operation was not explained enough to me ie how big and unsightly my stomach would be

What effects it would have on my life in the coming months

Information was not given to me

I have had three operations in three months for one hernia which was caused by camera when having key hole surgery the year before. first op was mesh to repair hernia second was hematoma removed which was in my stomach from operation then third op was to have vac therophy as i had abscess where hematoma was

What could have been improved?

Drips and antibiotics on drips and medication changed on time.

Personal care from consultants and time for patients.
