"hospital transport left me stranded"

i went for pre assessment for skin operation,the aneistiest,was very rude and said i would die, i told him i had a fear of hospitals, and could not face having a knife come towards my eyes,so told him we all die, i could go out here and get knocked over,or die any day,he really didnt need to put the fear in me,and try and make me feel guilty for being put out,for surgery,i mean the consultant was fantastic and didnt have an isue,so why make me feel like the way he did,after all i had 32 stitches after,the hospital transport left me stranded, an went to transport desk,but the lady said because i come from basildon its nothing to do with them, i rang the transport office as the lady said ring them ,and they shut at 4pm,and by now it was 5.30pm so i had a panic attack and it brought on my anginia,lucky i carried my spray ,and after waiting another hour a taxi,turned up, which was great,but the hospital need to get this sorted because if it happens again,as they use the same transport for southend as well and the same happened there,i will take legal action so please get this sorted before someone will die,through the stress ,
