"19 months to get started with braces"

Staff underestimate waiting times by a ridiculous amount. I've had two conversations within 10 months where I've been put on the wrong waiting list which has delayed my treatment (they tell me it's not but I don't believe them considering they can't put my file in the right pile). Putting in a formal complaint as I've offered to pay for treatment several times but have been told I can't as their inability to work with external dentists. Fuming.
