About: Leeds Dental Hospital

Called to check and make sure my appointment was still on for the following week. i was told yes everything is fine. the day before my appointment was due I received a cancellation letter which was dated the same day I had called and told my appointment was still ok??. I have now been ringing to get another appointment ,twice I have been told they will call me back ,did they no!! then I was told on 2 occasions they would pass it on and still nothing ,even though the lump is still in my cheak and is more swollen and painfull to the touch and getting worse by the day ,I think its a case of my face falling off first

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

I am very sorry to read that you have encountered such difficulty regarding your appointment with the dental hospital.

To enable us to address the matter you have raised and resolve this for you, I would ask that you contact the Trust’s Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) who will then arrange for the relevant business manager and patient services coordinator to investigate the issue that you have raised and arrange an appointment for you.

You can contact PALS on 0113 206 6261 or alternatively you can email patientexperience.leedsth@nhs.net

Once again let me thank you taking the time to post your views.

Kind regards

Rosie
