(as a service user),

The pain clinic is a brilliant service. I get seen relatively quickly when I need to. I see the consultant, psychologist and the physiotherapist – they have one plan for me in the service so each know my goals and are all working towards the same things. They are the only ones involved in my care that have meetings to discuss things

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
