"Targeted prostrate biopsy"

My experience was extremely poor, I was advised that this was the best way forward having had an extremely high psa count. When they said targeted I thought they would go straight to the area that had cancer and take a few biospy no they took 74 yes 74. My next consultant said I think they were taking the prostrate out in pieces . I will never return to the spire dirty staff need refreshers in hygiene. I will always go nhs private wards.
