"Dermatology Out Patients"

I have just been to have a small procedure on my upper arm in the out patients surgery, I explained to the doctor I was very aprehensive it could be cancerous. The doctor was fantastic, explained every thing in detail, and what they were going to do. Did not feel a thing! Very professional and thourgh. Put my mind at rest. I believe the NHS do there best, it's us the general public we expect too much.
