What I liked I was enormously impressed with Birmingham Women's Hospital. The staff were unfailingly kind, and helpful, not showing the strain of working flat-out in really pressurised conditions. Being able to spend a second night in the postnatal ward with the support of the midwives was crucial to me in getting breastfeeding established, and I am really grateful for that.
