After being turned away from minor injuries at bransholme because they were "full" we arrived and were greeted with a smile. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They didn't seem overly busy. The facilities were good, staff put in a new dvd to pass the time. Triage nurse was really good and kind to our 8 year old. Firm when needed and thorough. plastics came within an hour or so and we were referred for the morning.
