About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

I had to have a cystoscopy at the Urology Department recently. Everyone was thoughtful and patient, everything was explained clearly, before, during and after the procedure. There was no pain and every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable. I would like to say a big thank you to the Consultant and all the staff as everyone was brilliant.
