"Excellent treatment and professionalism throughout..."

I only have great praise and respect for the team that were concerned with my angioplasty, from the wonderful booking clerk to the excellent consultant. The expertise of the consultant and their staff was superb. The nurses and medical staff were both professional and caring. The best way to describe my experience is that, other than the up to date practices, I could have been on a ward thirty years ago: I was given respect, all the time I needed from the medical staff was given, nothing was too much, constant care and attention and a positive attitude; even though it was a very busy ward. During my stay I received the very best that the NHS has to offer. The ethos was excellent and everybodies attitude was enriching.Not that I would want another stay on a cardiac ward, but if I did it would be this one.
