I went to Penzance hospital as my inner ear had become very inflamed and painful and I was concerned about a possible infection. I am on ho!iday at the moment, so couldn't consult my own GP and , moreover, it was a Sunday. I was very impressed by the service I received, and extremely grateful. Everyone i saw, from the receptionist to the nurse, was very helpful indeed and I was seen very quickly. The nurse was able to examine my ear canal and reassure me that, though it was inflamed, there was no foreign object involved. They advised that the partial deafness I was experiencing would subside and gave me some ear drops to start on immediately. Just a few days on, the deafness, pain and inflammation have now completely gone thanks to this treatment. I am very impressed with the service received and would like to thank all those I saw. Their help was very much appreciated.
