Took my Grandson to the Fracture Clinic. No doctor. Totally useless no other appointment given. We were told to wait for a letter. I felt very sorry for the nursing staff. Bring back the old QE2!

We're really sorry that this happened - although as it was the same service as existed in the old QE2, this has nothing to do with the service changes that have taken place since October 2014. We would really like the fracture clinic team to find out what happened and get this very important matter sorted for your grandson - that has to be the top priority here.
