Just back from a Gastroscopy at the ACAD Unit. It was my first Gastroscopy so I was extremely nervous. The nurses and doctor went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The level of care was fantastic especially the nurse that took my pulse and filled out the forms for me they are a credit to the hospital. They even let my partner into the recovery area afterwards. All this helped me to relax. I just went for the Throat spray which was fine for me. Thankfully nothing unusual so back to drawing board for symptoms but glad it's nothing serious. Thanks to all at the ACAD department.
