"Really good outpatient experience"

I just wanted to say what a good experience I had visiting the breast clinic as an outpatient this morning. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who also remembered my name on the way out. I thought was excellent considering how busy the clinic was. Despite it being busy I didn't have to wait and went into my appointment pretty much on time. I was seen by a doctor who was lovely and put me totally at ease. They explained everything simply and I felt very well informed. Luckily it was nothing serious but they didn't make me feel at all like I'd wasted their time by getting things checked. Thank you.
