Hi All

Thank you for the really positive comments about the newly refurbished Foxton Ward. This scheme has been a long time in the planning and the whole of the Management Team would like to thank you for your patience during the building work.

As you know there is still work to do which will enhance the ward environment even further. In the meantime, it is great to hear that you like what we have done with the ‘old place’.

It is great to hear that you like the extra space created as well as the light that we have tried to bring into the ward area. It is also good to hear that you like the furniture and hope that you will get hours of enjoyment out of the pool table.

Regarding the observation windows on the bedroom doors I will ask the Ward Manager, to discuss it with you to see if there are any solutions to the problem.

Thank you again for taking the time to meet with the Advocate, to pass on your comments about the new ward.

Regarding the observation windows on the bedroom doors, the Ward Manager is arranging for window blinds to be fitted.
