What I liked

you would not print what i would write

What could be improved

1.intial care of my daughter when arriving at hospital not having to wait 8 hours before being seen by a doctor

2.on being addmitted to ward the doctor left instructions about food which were not entered on board

3.needed a scan told by doctor she would have one that day on morning round still had no information when i visited at 1600 hrs

when the nurse phoned the scan department she was told 1415 hrs on tuesday for scan but nobody had informed ward or my daughter of this the whole thing appears to be slap dash treatment

4.i am making appointment to see my MP at his next surgery to make official complaint against your hospital and i am also contacting the Birmingham Mail as i left other patients said they had been treated just as poorly
