Wow! What wonderful professional staff in the endoscopy unit.. The nurses and doctors were caring and considerate. Have not been to a hospital since having my children 40 years ago and what a difference. Prior to having a colonoscopy everything was explained to what would be happening and why. I was shown respect for my dignity at all times. Everything on my paperwork was checked double checked and then checked again before the colonoscopy. The nurses were extremely helpful.
