What could be improved

My patient records were misplaced which lead to me having to wait 6 months for an MRI scan. Saw Consultant August 2008, finally had scan Feb 2009. Consultants receptionist was extremely difficult to contact and did not make any considerable effort to remedy situation despite regular attempts to contact her. Was only resolved 3 days after i made a complaint to PALS.
