My GP at 19 Beaumont Street Surgery has been the most consistent person in my care. I know that all that they want for me is that I feel better (even just a bit better). My GP recognises and celebrates my achievements and progress, and offers sympathy when things take a downward turn - without being patronising.
Being able to email my GP saves both me and them time - I unexpectedly get replies on days off and late at night when they should be putting their feet up. If I ever really need to see them my GP will always find a way to fit me in. When my GP goes on holiday they hand me over to someone else.
I really feel like they care and they seem to go the extra mile. My GP is (one of) the best! ! ! They are a star. I am alive because of them.
