What I liked
The matron and staff on Hazel Elective were so helpful, kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble for them, although most of the time they were stretched to the limit. They worked so hard.
What could be improved
More night staff. The first night I was there after my operation I was in alot of pain. The nurse on duty at that time made me feel a little bit as though I was a nuisance and I felt guilty for bothering her because she was so busy.
