"Difficulty contacting centre"

Went on website for aunt who needed hearing assessment at Brierley Hill Centre for Audiology.

On phoning number, got recorded message listing opening, closing for day including midday closing. Then told the line was busy and call again. Spent next hour and half calling with same recorded message. Is there really anyone there.

Thank you, Mick, for letting us know about your experience in contacting our Audiology Team. We’re really sorry to hear you had trouble getting in touch about your aunt’s hearing assessment and would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Our Audiology Service is an extremely busy one and so the team receive a very high volume of calls throughout the day. We are looking into how we can better manage the number of calls the service receives and have passed your comments onto the manager for this area.
