"Fobbed-off when ill and shouted at by the Duty..."

I recently sought help from the CMHT at Millfield when I was feeling extremely depressed and vulnerable, only to be shouted at by the Duty Management, ignored by the CPNs, and treated like dirt by the person who answered the phone to me in the first place. I am now seeking help from other quarters. This service seriously needs reviewing and monitoring, as it is a shambles.
