What I liked

I find it hard to tell you what I liked because there was nothing that delighted me.

What could be improved

The reception area was grubby, the reception staff did not appear to pay attention. The time it took to be see was too long, even though the visit was an appointment. On this occasion the Dr/Nurses were polite. On previous visits, they were simply just rude.

Anything else?

Yes, please, please, please, improve the time taken to be seen, especially when you arrive for an appointment.
