"fantastic treatment"

i had knee surgery as a day patient. Fron the moment I walked in I was given first class treatment. Everyone was friendly and polite and everything was explained in detail. It made what was obviously a stressful experience almost a pleasure!! I really cannot pick out any members of staff as they were all fantastic. Only niggle was the paper pants were a bit snug - I do not consider I gave a particularly large rear!
