"Abysmal Customer Service"

The customer service at this hospital was abysmal, the staff were awful at giving directions but were not doing any important work so could have helped me find my way. When I found the ward that I was discharged from the head nurse was very dismissive of me waning to recheck the bed I slept in that night. I was originally placed in care the previous night due to some strangers believing I was having an epileptic seizure, in reality I had a case of hypothermia and could not communicate this correctly due to my heavy alcohol intoxication.
