About: Chase Farm Hospital

I was at the hospital for another reason and whilst there stopped by to get a blood test that I was due to get for my thyroid. However the blood that was taken was lost and when I questioned it the hospital stated they had no record of me being there. I've avoided the hospital since for bloods but have no choice but to use the service today due to limited time. My gp expects to see the results on Monday though I will be surprised, I hope this doesn't happen again.
