What I liked

I was recently admitted to City Road for one week. I found admission procedures to be efficient and I was kept informed of both medical and anaesthetic measures to be carried out.

I found theatre staff in pre-op to be reassuring and my care in the ward to be very good. Nursing staff dealt with patients both efficiently and compassionately.

I was particularly impressed with the rapid and efficient response to the needs of a fellow patient who required emergency treatment which occured at the end of a busy night shift.
