"I was very nervous after reading ..."

What I liked

I was very nervous after reading the previous comments, but would like to assure anyone staying on d27 that the staff were excellent, caring poliet good humoured and happy in their work. The treatment and follow up care was spot on. Only downside was the food which was dreadful take a few snaks. I did watch one particular member of staff serving food who would only serve what was on the form and considering some of the patients were elderly would not make any exceptions even when asked by another staff memeber that person also had a habit of licking fingers to seperate the menu to read them then putting fingers all over the plate while sorting out what to put on the plate. Thankfully i was nil by mouth that day.

What could be improved

the food was dreadfully and the serving seemed to take ages

One thing on leaving i did thing that a little more advice could have been given on what you should and shouldnt do after a particular type of surgery even a handout with frequently asked questions answered.
