"loss of trust"

I am due a hysterectomy in 2 weeks, I've had no support, no leaflet even. The treatment here has worked but the communication is the worst I have ever encountered. Having many surgeries before the pre op was shabby and gave me no information what's so ever. I'm considering cancelling my operation and waiting for a local hospital. All communication has broke down and I had to do my own research to check I was getting the appropriate care. Dissatisfied.
