15/07/2015 at 3 am I felt a strong pain in the left side of my abdomen and back, had difficulties urinating. Attended A&E at Pontefract Hospital at about 4.30 am, got diagnosed with a kidney stone and transferred to Pinderfields Hospital in Wakefield. I had a CT scan at 11 am, then was left with no information until 7 pm. Then they wanted me to move from ward 32 to 28, but before I finished getting ready to transfer, one of the doctors informed me that CT scan confirmed that the stone had left my urinary tract and If I felt able to, I could go back home, which I did before 8 pm. 17/072015 at 8.15 am I attended my GP, but they couldn't find any record of my stay at the hospital. So here are three points of my complaints: 1. Being left for 8 hours with no information about my CT scan. 2. Being given contradictory information in a matter of minutes. 3. No record of my hospitalisation after 36 hours of my discharge.
