"terrible hospital"

Some of these so called doctors need to take a lesson in manners. Some of them have a terrible bed side manner and treat people like they are thick. The worst hospital I've ever been to and would not repeat !

Providing high quality care is our highest priority and it is always disappointing when we have failed to do this. We would like to assure you that we are taking the matter very seriously. All staff have been spoken to regarding effective communication with patients which we expect to be of a very high standard. Please accept our apologies on the care that you experienced.
